Get Branded Co:

Refunds/Exchanges:

 

Due to the nature of work, Get Branded co. does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind UNLESS under special circumstances determined by the owner of GBC (Janee Gresham). All payments made to Get Branded co. are non-refundable including any deposits. We will only offer refunds in the case that a mistake is made on our behalf.

 

Deposits:

 

Deposits are only required for certain project types (ie. websites, packages, books/publishing) which will be specified at the time of inquiry. Be sure to read the product description before purchasing any services from GBC via our website to be sure if you are required to pay full payment before starting a project with us.

 

In the case that your project requires a deposit: all deposits are 75% to begin, and the remaining 25% before any files/projects are transferred to the client for full ownership.

 

Payments:

 

All payments are made via our website or invoicing using secured payment processors. Under special circumstances we will accept payments through providers such as cashapp and zelle (you'll still receive a receipt and all policies and procedures still apply with this payment method.)

 

All payments and pricing are made/displayed in USD currency.

 

Quotes:

 

All custom quotes are valid for 30 days only. After 30 days your quote expires.

 

Cancellations:

 

Cancellation of any project or service purchased through our website/invoice is allowed a maximum of 48 hours for cancellation. After 48 hours, a project/service can be cancelled by a client but all payments are still non-refundable unless under certain special circumstances accompanied with proof.

Turnaround times:

 

Turnaround times are specified for each individual project and service and will be made known to the client before any payments are rendered. Turnaround times can take a maximum of 14 business days due to the volume of projects we get. When purchasing services via our website be sure to read the complete description for specified turnaround times. 

 

Turnaround times will not begin until all necessary information to complete the project/services is received by the client via email.

Projects begin on the following business day (The day you pay for your service is not included in your turnaround time.)

 

Please keep in mind that personal deadlines are not guaranteed. Be mindful of this when inquiring!

When we are booked:

​

We're elated that you've chosen to work with us and as much as we wish we could take on every project that comes our way, its just not realistic. Sometimes Get Branded co. is forced to close their books to give them enough time to catch up on current projects. 

​

There will always be a notice on our website when we are booked. If you place an order for any services during a time that we are declared booked, your turnaround time WILL NOT begin until the date specified that we will be accepting bookings again.

​

Ghosting clause & fees (project termination):

 

Clients who abandon their projects by not communicating with GBC will forfeit their projects and payments and rights to use any files/work presented to them unless paid in full. 

 

More than 21 days of no contact from the client will be considered a ghost project and will be terminated after 3 attempts to reach out to the client. After 21 days the client can pay a fee to reinstate their project ranging from $20-$350 (depending on project/service).

 

After 90 days your project will be terminated and GBC will not further work with the client.

We are more than happy to answer questions via our chat bot on our website or direct messages (DM) via social media, but for formal inquiries and pricing please utilize the above contact methods.

 

Hours of operation:

 

GBC (And all of Real Jay Elaine Studios LLC.) is open for business Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. Excluding major holidays that fall on weekdays, including GBCs owner annual break from August 20 - September 1st.

 

Client Portals:

 

Client portals are for clients with projects that have turnaround times of more than 10 business days, this is usually for clients who invest in web design, any packages, books/publishing, and some logo services. We will walk you through how to access and use your client portal after your deposit is made.

File Ownership:

 

The client owns the rights to all final files sent to them after full payments have been rendered. Customers who purchase Pre-Made content DOES NOT own any content or designs received and are only allowed to use them for personal use/single use, meaning under any circumstances are pre-made designs, content, and/or logos allowed to be resold. 

 

Rude/Unbearable clients:

 

We strive to provide the best customer service and experience possible to each of our clients. We can only do so when the client is bearable and profesional. During any time of your project period if the client becomes unbearable or extremely rude with any team members of GBC we reserve every right to cancel any open project, refunding any payments, except for the deposit, and refusing the rights to use any work sent.

 

Content from clients:

 

It is 100% the clients responsibility to be sure they deliver all of the proper content discussed to complete their project before the designated time period. We will not chase you down for your content. Please already have copy, images, and a vision. Of course, we will guide and assist where need be.

Bizy Boss Academy

When purchasing courses through our online platform or any digital products, please be sure to read through the entire description and ask us any questions if need be to be 100% sure of your purchase.

Any physical products that we ship to you are only refundable if damage, not working, or wrong size for apparel, or if we ship you an inncorrect product. We will process refunds after we receive the item back to us.

Bizy Boss Academy does offer online course, all payments for online courses are non-refundable. We serve under an open door policy for students enrolled in our online courses meaning, you are always welcomed to contact us during our operating hours with any question or concerns.
