Content Submission: Before we commence the design process, kindly email all necessary content for your E-flyer to plasteredmedia@gmail.com. This includes text, images, logos, and any specific design preferences or instructions.
Design Phase: Once we've received your content, our team will begin crafting your E-flyer design in a 1080 x 1080 (square) or 1080x1350 (portrait) size design. Rest assured, our design will not only be visually compelling but also aligned with your brand's guidelines and objectives.
Delivery: Your E-flyer will be delivered to you in a high-resolution format (.png or .jpg file) within 7 business days from the date of content submission to the email used to submit the content.

Turnaround Time: Please note that the 7-business day timeline commences only after all required content has been submitted via email.
Refund Policy: We strive to provide top-notch designs that meet your expectations. However, please understand that due to the bespoke nature of our service, we do not offer refunds of any kind once the design process has started.
Revisions: This service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you're satisfied with the final design. If more than 2 revisions are needed, a fee will occur for each additional revision.
